Misu Capital believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of placing the order.
  • The cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to vendors or merchants and the service or delivery process has been initiated.

Service Issues & Complaints

  • If you feel that the service received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service team within the same day of receiving the service.
  • After reviewing your complaint, the Misu Capital customer service team will take an appropriate decision.
  • For services that come with a manufacturer's warranty, customers are advised to contact the respective manufacturer directly.

Refund Policy

In case any refunds are approved by Misu Capital, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days and credited to the original mode of payment.
